The RMC Industry is highly fragmented and very competitive. As a major RMC player we face competition from other organized players and local players which makes superior service delivery along with quality products important for good margins. There is huge growth in infrastructure which opens up opportunities for setting up commercial and dedicated plants. The plant and its resources need to be cost effective with focus on maximizing capacity utilization. This makes it imperative for each plant to be efficient and profitable. The plant employees need to be focused and deliver high performance in each of their KRAs and accountabilities.

KRA1 Customer Management

• (A) Interact with customers during the execution and gather the feedback
• (A) Resolve problems on site pertaining to pumping, pouring and labour handling and escalate non-resolvable issues
  
  

KRA2 Planning & Budgeting

• (R) Prepare, consolidate and analyze Plant plan and budget
  
  

KRA3 Product Delivery

• (R) Deploy manpower at site for smooth execution of pours
• (R) Optimize the route plan for TMs for their safe and timely passage
• (R) Perform site appraisal prior to pour with respect to determining the shortest motor able route, condition of site, matching of time of pour with client, measurement if required and QC infrastructure of client
• (R) Plan the installation of Pumps and pipelines, movement of TMs and movement of Application engineers to the concreting site
• (R,A) Confirm time and date to the customer well in advance for Pumping
  
  

KRA4 Production Execution

• (A) Batch material as per the details received from Ticketing/Customer Services Cell
• (R) Assess the available equipment back-up for execution of order
