Associate Lead - Talent Management
Purpose of the role
What: Own the end-to-end delivery of Talent Management processes across the organization, including Talent Identification through assessments, Succession Planning through Talent Councils, Development interventions through Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and Talent Analytics.
How: The role will work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure effective implementation of talent initiatives and drive leadership pipeline readiness
Role Description
Drive talent identification and assessment processes in partnership with business leaders and external assessment partners.
Manage end-to-end execution of talent assessment cycles, including nominations, manager feedback, assessments, calibration reviews and outcome communication.
Facilitate Department, Cluster and Executive Talent Councils to enable robust talent and succession decisions through talent data and readiness
Govern Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and track development progress of identified talent.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive talent reviews, development actions and talent deployment decisions.
Develop and manage talent dashboards, analytics and workforce insights to support data-driven talent decisions.
Own talent data governance, ensuring accuracy, integrity and availability of information for management reporting and talent reviews.
Ensure adherence to talent management frameworks, policies, governance standards and process timelines.
Own the management of talent data to enable management reporting, talent governance, workforce insights, and data-driven talent decisions.
Contribute to the design and enhancement of talent management frameworks, tools and methodologies aligned to evolving business needs.
Manage talent management budgets, vendor invoices and payment processing while ensuring adherence to financial controls and approved budgets.
Conduct benchmarking, research and organizational diagnostics to identify best practices and recommend improvements to talent management processes.
5-8 years of experience in Human Resources (TA,HRBP,L&D,TM etc) with at least 2-3 years in Talent Management, Leadership Development, OD or HRBP roles.
