Senior Amazon Account Manager - Technical Amazon & Listing Optimization

About the Role

We manage 17 Amazon brands (economy + luxury) and need a technically sharp, hands-on operator to own the backend — listings, PPC support, case management, and data-driven optimization. This isn't a copywriting or "posting ads" role.

You'll be diagnosing account health, fixing listing/backend issues, running SQP/CTR/CVR analysis, and using tools independently to build strategy, not just execute tasks handed to you.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years minimum hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
• Agency background strongly preferred — comfortable managing multiple brands/accounts at once
• Deep familiarity with Amazon's technical backend: flat files, listing errors, case escalations, category/attribute structures
• Working knowledge of SQP, CTR, CVR analysis and what to do with the numbers
• Solid grounding in PPC fundamentals — can read a search term report and know what it's telling you
• Demonstrated ability to self-serve in tools (Helium 10, Seller Central, Ads console, spreadsheets) - we're not looking for someone who needs hand-holding on software
• Comfortable working with AI tools, especially Claude, as part of the daily workflow
• Dynamic - can flex between technical listing work and PPC-adjacent tasks as priorities shift

What You'll Do

• Own Amazon Seller Central backend - listing edits, flat file troubleshooting, category/attribute fixes, variation issues, and case management with Seller Support
• Run Search Query Performance (SQP) analysis - CTR, CVR, impression share gaps - and translate findings into action
• Support PPC operations: campaign structure review, search term analysis, bid/budget sanity checks, and flagging optimization opportunities (not necessarily full campaign ownership)
• Troubleshoot listing suppressions, compliance flags, and technical errors end-to-end until resolved
• Use Helium 10, Amazon Ads console, Brand Analytics, and similar tools independently - pull the right report, build the right analysis, without being walked through it
• Build and propose your own strategies and workflows using the tools available, rather than waiting for instructions on how to use them
• Work alongside AI tools (Claude in particular) as part of daily workflow - comfortable prompting, reviewing AI output critically, and using it to move faster
