Apache Nifi

Required: profiles combining Apache NiFi and Avature 25 years of experience with Avature or equivalent enterprise ATS/CRM systems. Proficiency in Avature API, XML, JSON, SFTP, and file-based integrations. Hands-on experience with Apache NiFi for workflow automation and data orchestration. Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis and transformation. Familiarity with integrations between Avature and tools such as UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, DocuSign, Twilio, Equifax, or other HR/compliance platforms. Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills. Preferred: Avature Level 3 or Level 4 Certification. Experience with API management and testing tools such as Postman, MuleSoft, or Azure Logic Apps. Experience supporting multi-tenant Avature environments (e.g., TalentOS delivery framework). Working knowledge of data privacy, AI compliance, and regional labour data regulations. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain integrations using Avature REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP file-based processes, and Apache NiFi workflows. Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Delivery Managers to define data mappings, transformation logic, and integration scope. Configure and monitor Avature system interfaces across sandbox and production environments. Develop and maintain detailed documentation data flow diagrams, field mapping sheets, and API usage guides. Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution in coordination with client IT or Avature Support. Manage integration credentials, API tokens, and data security controls in line with GDPR, SOC 2, and client compliance standards. Conduct integration testing, UAT validation, and deployment activities with strict data accuracy and SLA adherence. Partner with the TalentOS engineering and consulting teams to standardize integration patterns and reusable templates.
