We are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for defining, documenting, and managing requirements for various IT projects.

Lead client meetings to elicit, document, analyze, and manage functional and non-functional requirements
Process Analysis
Documentation
Stakeholder Communication
Testing Support

Must Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
3-6 years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.

Nice to have

Working knowledge of multiple Odoo functional modules
Basic understanding of Odoo configuration options
Experience interacting with clients for training, demos, or requirement analysis.
Awareness of accounting principles
