Information Technology Asset Manager

Summary

Navsan seeks an experienced IT Asset Manager to remotely manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets for a global client, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and effective team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets, from procurement to retirement and disposal
• Maintain accurate, auditable asset records and perform regular inventory reconciliations
• Oversee hardware asset tracking for laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, mobile devices and peripherals
• Coordinate technology refresh, warranty, support contracts and vendor interactions
• Lead and mentor Asset Management Analysts and Coordinators, establishing KPIs and performance metrics
• Drive process improvements and automation within the asset management function
• Support user onboarding, off‑boarding, and internal transfers by allocating and redeploying assets
• Assist internal and external audits, ensuring ISO 27001, SOC and governance compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
• 5–10 years of IT Asset Management experience
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership or management experience
• Proven experience managing hardware and software asset lifecycles
• Strong understanding of inventory controls, governance and audit requirements
• Ability to support global stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Dedicated high‑speed internet for remote work
• Willingness to work rotational shifts in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
