About the company:

DocyLis is a fast-growing healthcare technology company. We build AI-powered tools that help clinics and doctors serve their patients better and run a smoother practice. We are now expanding our on-ground presence across India — and building the regional teams to lead that growth.

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to build and lead our field sales team across assigned zone. You will own the region — hiring and developing your team, driving adoption among clinics and doctors, and representing DocyLis to healthcare providers across your zone.

This is a leadership role for someone who has sold in healthcare, knows how to build a team from the ground up, and wants to own a region's growth.

What you'll do:

- Build, lead and mentor a regional field sales team.

- Drive adoption of our product among clinics and doctors across Zone.

- Own your region's targets and results.

- Coach your team in the field and help them win.

- Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers in your zone.

What we're looking for:

- 4–8 years of field sales experience in pharma, medical devices, diagnostics or healthcare — including some time leading or mentoring a team (ASM / RSM / Team Lead).

- A strong network of doctor and clinic relationships across Delhi NCR.

- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Confident communication in Hindi and English.

- Comfortable working in the field, with your own vehicle.
