Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning or AI systems development
• At least 2 years leading projects or small teams
• Experience in end-to-end model development, deployment, and iteration from research to production
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end AI systems for production-grade use cases across healthcare, insurance, and commerce
• Prototype and experiment by turning new ideas into functional proof-of-concepts
• Evaluate and fine-tune models for performance, explainability, and reliability
• Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks for model behavior, alignment, and performance
• Deploy monitoring and observability tools to track anomalies, staleness, and drift
• Design agentic workflows and dynamic context engines for adaptive, intent-aware automation
• Lead and mentor a small team through architecture, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
  
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Choose the right approach between deep learning and classical ML based on the problem
• Generate or curate synthetic or weakly supervised data when needed
• Translate abstract AI ideas into reliable, human-aligned systems
• Collaborate across disciplines
