About The Role

CleanStart is looking for a Zoho Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and maintain customizations and integrations across our Zoho application suite. You will work closely with HR, Recruitment, Sales, and Finance teams to translate business processes into efficient, automated workflows within Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows across Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Contracts
• Configure and manage integrations between Zoho applications and with third-party systems via REST APIs and Zoho Flow
• Set up and maintain modules, custom fields, layouts, and validation rules to match evolving business processes
• Manage user roles, permissions, and data security settings across the Zoho suite
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data sync, automation failures, and application performance
• Support HR, Sales, Finance, and Recruitment teams by translating their process requirements into working Zoho configurations
• Maintain documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations for internal reference
• Stay current with new Zoho releases and features, and recommend improvements to existing setups
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with the Zoho One suite, specifically Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Contracts
• Working knowledge of Deluge scripting for custom functions and automation
• Experience configuring workflows, blueprints, approval processes, and custom modules within Zoho applications
• Understanding of REST APIs and experience integrating Zoho applications with each other or external systems
• Basic understanding of HR, recruitment, sales, or finance processes that these applications support
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot configuration and data issues independently
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Zoho Creator or Zoho Flow for building custom applications or advanced integrations
• Familiarity with webhooks, OAuth, and third-party API integration
• Exposure to database concepts and basic SQL
• Prior experience supporting a mid-size organization's end-to-end Zoho One rollout
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  
  

Zoho certification(s), if any, are a plus but not mandatory
