Adobe Analytics & Tealium Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Analytics Engineer with hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics and Tealium iQ / Tealium AudienceStream. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing web analytics and tag management solutions to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Adobe Analytics tracking using tags and data layers
• Configure and maintain Tealium iQ Tag Management System (TMS)
• Work on AudienceStream CDP for audience segmentation and data activation
• Define and validate tracking requirements, events, and variables (eVars, props)
• Collaborate with developers to implement data layer and tracking solutions
• Debug and troubleshoot analytics/tagging issues using tools like browser dev tools
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance
• Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
• Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Adobe Analytics implementation
• Hands-on experience with Tealium iQ / AudienceStream
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with tag management, data layers, and tracking frameworks
• Familiarity with debugging tools (Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger, browser console)

Good to Have:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe Launch
• Exposure to other analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Understanding of CDP and customer journey analytics
