The role focuses on about the Role We are looking for a Junior New Job to join our Product team. This is a Full-time position. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality solutions using agile methodologies, product lifecycle management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning Mentor junior team members and contribute to team best practices Drive continuous improvement in code quality, performance, and reliability Requirements Strong proficiency in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management Experience building scalable, production-grade applications Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration abilities Nice to Have Experience with agile development methodologies Contributions to open-source projects Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. A typical week may move between handling the core New Job responsibilities with role-specific judgment, using agile methodologies, product lifecycle management in practical work situations, maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency across important outputs, and communicate decisions, blockers, and outcomes clearly. This calls for foundational understanding, willingness to learn, careful execution, clear communication, and readiness to improve through feedback. High School is preferred, not required. The role requires engilgh (Professional).
What success looks like
By 90 days: understand the operating rhythm, key workflows, dependencies, service expectations, and exception paths, complete guided work reliably, and use review feedback well
By 6 months: handle repeatable parts of a defined operational process, service line, or recurring workflow with fewer corrections and surface blockers early
By year 1: be trusted with well-scoped responsibilities and contribute to delivery reliability, process clarity, exception handling, and the team's ability to prevent repeated breakdowns
