I run Insight Fusion Analytics, an AI and analytics company. IIT Bombay, ex actuary, top rated on Upwork with a fifty thousand dollar plus track record. My bottleneck is not ideas. I have too many. It is holding one of them still long enough to finish it.

So I am hiring one person to work alongside me, every day, in person in Vile Parle East, Mumbai, 6 days a week. Not for me. With me.

HOW THE WORK ACTUALLY RUNS

You build the timetable. Not me. You decide what we take up today, and you walk in already knowing what that is.

We take one topic at a time. One. We sit on it and go deep until it is done, and your job is to make sure my attention does not leave it. When I drift, you bring me back.

You drive. You come in having done the reading, you bring the questions, you bring what you found out on your own. Good questions. Hard ones. The kind that make me think rather than explain. We record the session, we take what came out of it and execute it there and then using AI tools like Claude, and then you make me walk through what we built so it actually lands.

Then there is the other kind of session. Free flowing. No agenda, no constraint, we talk about whatever is alive in my head. That session is not a break. It is where you do your real work. You listen, you pick up the cues, and from those cues you design what we do tomorrow, next week, next month. Everything else in the week is one thing at a time. This session is the one place where it is not.

That is the whole loop. Free session in, timetable out, deep focused work all week, repeat.

WHAT WE WILL ACTUALLY WORK ON

Machine learning and algorithmic datasets.

Probability and the math behind better decisions.

Automating a business end to end with AI.

What is new in AI every week and what it actually changes for us.

Product development, from idea to shipped.

Business problems that need a real solution, not a slide.

A live investor raise. An AI data labelling venture. Algo trading analytics. Hackathons.

And personal growth work. Brain training, memory techniques, focus practice. You design and run those too.

If that list excites you, you are the person. If it intimidates you, that is fine, nobody knows all of it. I do not. That is the point.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

This is not a personal assistant role. You are not booking my calls, managing my inbox or running errands.

If you are waiting to be told what to do, this is not for you. Nobody is going to hand you a task list. You make the list.

If you are uncomfortable questioning someone senior, this is not for you. Agreeing with me is useless to me.

If you want a quiet job where the work repeats, this is not for you. Every day is a different subject.

If you need someone else to do the research first, this is not for you. The reading, the questions and the digging are yours to drive.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You are genuinely good at math, stats or analytics. Without that this will not work.

You are brilliant at asking questions. This is the single most important thing.

You are deeply curious and you actually want to learn. Every day here is a new subject.

You can learn any new thing to a working level in 24 hours.

You are organised to a fault. The timetable is yours and it has to hold.

You can push someone senior without flinching, and keep pushing when I resist.

You research sharply on your own, but the real skill is chasing the truth together with me and making me do the work.

Recent graduate or early career is perfectly fine. Based in Mumbai, ideally within 45 minutes of Vile Parle East. Commute covered.

WHAT YOU GET

One on one with a founder, every working day, on all of the above. You build with AI tools daily. Done well this grows into chief of staff or running one of the ventures.

Stipend 15,000 to 25,000 per month to start, reviewed after 3 months.

HOW HIRING WORKS

Round one is an application form, and several questions on it are the actual test.

Then a short interview.

Then a paid trial week where you teach me a topic of your choice. You can propose your own.

Decision within 48 hours of the trial.
