The position will report to Facilities Manager (Vadodara) and is responsible to coordinate and liaise with stakeholders in India and Onshore for location level budgetary planning, maintain high level of administration and facilities management. The Person will be focused to continuously improve Operational processes to make them more efficient, reliable and cost effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor & Commercial Management

• Sourcing, onboarding, and contract management, including commercial negotiations with vendors.
• Providing operational support to the BMS team as required.
  
  

Security, Health & Safety

• Monitoring security vendor performance, guard deployment, night audits, and surprise checks.
• Managing emergency response protocols, including fire drills and evacuation plans.
• Handling incident reporting and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinating with hospitals during medical emergencies for any staff or contractors.
  
  

Travel & Hospitality

• Overseeing the travel desk for guest management, including cab, flight, and hotel bookings.
  
  

Facility Operations & Employee Experience

• Managing the pantry, maintaining stock, and overseeing the evening snacks.
• Ensuring the upkeep of indoor plants and overall office ambiance.
• Scheduling and managing routine pest control services.
• Handling the printing and distribution of ID cards and office stationery.
• Executing events and ongoing employee engagement activities.
  
  

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Experience:

• Graduate from a reputed university.
• Relevant experience of 4+ years in handling administration/procurement of a standalone facility.
• Must be flexible in work timings and should possess excellent communication skills.
