Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Strong background in systems programming (C/C++)
- Deep expertise in:
- Operating system internals (kernel architecture)
- Concurrency and synchronization
- Memory management and process scheduling
- Proven experience in kernel development (AIX, Linux, or UNIX-like OS)
- Familiarity with IBM Power Systems / virtualization (LPAR, PowerVM)
- Strong ownership mindset with track record of delivering critical features
- Design experience for supporting new requirements.
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
