PATTERN MASTER

Job Responsibilities Develop accurate garment patterns based on the design provided. Create size grading for all required sizes. Prepare production-ready patterns with proper measurements and fit. Check and approve Size Set Samples for measurement accuracy and fit. Review and verify Pre-Production (PP) Samples before bulk production. Coordinate with the design, sampling and production teams to ensure correct pattern execution. Suggest pattern modifications and construction improvements whenever required. Ensure consistency in garment fit, quality and production standards. Maintain pattern records and update revisions as needed. Skills Required Strong knowledge of pattern making and grading. Experience with woven, knitted and uniform garments is preferred. Good understanding of garment construction, measurements and fit. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
