Valet Services Associate

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous and service-oriented Valet & Bell Services Associate to deliver a warm and seamless experience to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm greeting when receiving or handing over their vehicle.
• Safely park and retrieve luxury and premium vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of care and security.
• Take complete responsibility for the vehicle from the moment it is handed over by the member/guest until it is returned.
• Ensure vehicles are handled with care and maintained in the same condition as received.
• Manage parking efficiently while maintaining vehicle safety, security and smooth traffic flow.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide efficient Bell Services when required.
• Maintain a professional, helpful and courteous approach at all times.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driving licence with excellent driving skills.
• Experience driving luxury/premium cars is preferred.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in a hotel, club or luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Excellent guest service skills and a professional appearance.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
