Job Description
About the Role
DXP Analytics is a Select Vantage partner desk based in Chennai. We operate under Select Vantage's institutional infrastructure, executing intraday strategies across North, Central, and South American equity exchanges on their behalf.
This is a full-time, in-office trading role. You will trade firm capital, follow a structured risk framework, and keep up to 50%* of the returns you generate. There is no fixed salary. Your income is entirely a function of your performance.
We are led by a trader with 7 years of active market experience. This is a small, focused desk, not a classroom, not a course, not a signal service.

What You Will Do

• Execute intraday trades across NYSE, NASDAQ, and NCSA exchanges during IST evening shift hours
• Apply strict position sizing and risk management protocols at all times — capital protection is the primary mandate
• Monitor earnings, macro events, and live price action across NCSA markets
• Journal every trade and participate in structured performance reviews
• Operate within Select Vantage's QMS-backed workflows and reporting standards
  
  

Requirements
Who We Are Looking For

• Demonstrable interest in financial markets — prior trading experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of charts and price action
• Emotional discipline under pressure and drawdowns
• Full accountability for your numbers — no excuses culture
• Available for full-time on-site work during IST evening shift

Selection Process
No fee is collected at any stage until Stage 4.
Stage 1 — Online Assessment (Remote) Market knowledge, numerical reasoning, and risk management principles. Shortlisted candidates proceed to Stage 2.
Stage 2 — In-Person Practical Test (Chennai Office) Chart analysis, trade scenario exercises, and risk decision tasks. You will see the full Select Vantage trading infrastructure at this stage.
Stage 3 — In-Person Interview (Chennai Office) One-on-one discussion covering trading psychology, risk philosophy, and professional conduct. Offers are extended to successful candidates at this stage.
Stage 4 — 90-Day Evaluation Enrolment
Select Vantage execution infrastructure, and programme delivery for 90 days. This is not trading capital. Capital allocation is earned through performance; it is never sold or guaranteed.

Disclosures
This is not a salaried position. There is no fixed income, no remote option, and no guarantee of capital allocation beyond the evaluation period. Continuation is based entirely on performance and risk compliance.
