Job Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons for senior grades in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
• Assess student performance, maintain accurate records, and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize and supervise co‑curricular activities, sports events, and inter‑school competitions.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
• Maintain safety standards for all sports equipment and playing areas.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members to integrate physical education with overall school curriculum.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programmes, and parent‑teacher interactions.

Essential Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Education (PGT) or equivalent.
• Eligibility for teaching in the state of Gujarat (e.g., Gujarat Teaching Eligibility Test).
• Deep knowledge of the CBSE Physical Education syllabus and assessment methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the ethos of providing free, high‑quality education.

Desired Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably with CBSE affiliation.
• Experience in organising school‑level sports events and managing extracurricular programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to work with children from diverse socio‑economic backgrounds.
