CIDCO - Surveyor

The Survey function shall be responsible for carrying out surveying activities to support construction works in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and established survey procedures. The function shall perform layout marking, control point establishment, topographical surveys, alignment verification, level transfer, and setting out of civil and structural works to ensure dimensional accuracy during execution. The role includes operating and maintaining survey instruments, conducting as-built surveys, verifying coordinates, levels, line, and verticality, maintaining survey records and reports, and coordinating with execution, planning, QA/QC, and design teams to resolve survey-related issues. The function shall ensure accuracy of survey data, support quantity verification, facilitate timely execution of construction activities, and maintain compliance with project quality and technical requirements.
