CIDCO - P&M

he Plant & Machinery (P&M) function shall be responsible for ensuring optimum availability, deployment, operational reliability, and maintenance of construction plant and equipment to support planned project execution. The function shall oversee equipment mobilization and demobilization, preventive and breakdown maintenance, statutory inspections, fitness certification, fuel monitoring, equipment utilization, and spare management to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime. It shall coordinate with execution, planning, procurement, stores, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely deployment of plant and machinery in line with construction priorities. The function shall monitor equipment performance, maintenance schedules, machine productivity, and statutory compliance while maintaining equipment history, maintenance records, and operational documentation to support uninterrupted site operations and achievement of project milestones.
