Responsibilities

Conducting proper evaluation, protocol implementation and training services online.
Evaluating clients' strengths and weaknesses, considering their medical conditions, recording the progression through program stages, and recommending/implementing protocol or program changes as required.
Instructing, individual program development, and personal training services online to clients.
Assess client health goals and create tailored wellness programs.
Provide guidance on nutrition, fitness, stress management, and healthy habits.
Track progress and adjust plans based on client needs and outcomes.
Educate clients on preventive health practices and holistic well-being.
Collaborate with healthcare and wellness teams to ensure integrated support.
Strong knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and behavioral change strategies..
Ability to build trust and inspire long-term lifestyle improvements.
