Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support business analysis, client communication, pre-sales, and project delivery activities. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, project management, and technical teams. The role requires strong communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills, along with basic technical and AI awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Acceptance Criteria, and related documentation.
• Work closely with clients and development teams to clarify and translate business requirements.
• Support proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, business cases, case studies, use cases, blogs, and marketing content.
• Support project delivery through progress tracking, milestones, dependencies, action items, UAT coordination, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Assist Account Management with client communication, presentations, business reviews, and identifying opportunities.
• Research business processes, industry trends, technology developments, and emerging areas such as AI/GenAI.
• Use productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini for research, analysis, documentation, and content creation.
  
  

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of Business Analysis, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and requirement management.
• Good understanding of current technology and AI/GenAI trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand different business domains and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  
  

Education & Preferred Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preferably Computer Science, IT/Computer Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Preferred certifications include PSM/Scrum, PMI/Project Management, Agile, or relevant or AI certifications. Certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
