Graphic Designer

We're looking for a designer who thinks in ideas first and pixels second. Someone with a strong visual instinct, a hunger to make things that actually land, and the craft to back it up. You'll work across brand identity, social content, campaigns, and everything in between - for consumer brands that need to matter to the right people.

If you care about the details nobody asked you to care about, you'll fit right in.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or brand design.
• A portfolio that shows range - social content, brand identity, and campaign work, not just one lane.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, and Photoshop. Motion Design skills are a strong bonus.
• A point of view - you should be able to tell us why a design decision works, not just that it looks good.
• Comfortable taking briefs, pushing them further, and presenting the thinking behind it.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design across brand identity, social media, campaigns, digital ads, and marketing collateral.
• Work closely with strategists and content leads to translate briefs into sharp visual output.
• Maintain and evolve brand systems for multiple clients across categories.
• Deliver work that's on-brief, on-brand, and on time — without letting quality slip under pressure.
• Stay plugged into design trends, platform behaviour, and cultural movements that affect how brands show up.
• Contribute ideas in concepting sessions — not just execution after the thinking is done.
