Workday

We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant/Developer to implement, configure, customize, and support Workday solutions. The candidate will work closely with HR, business, and technical teams to deliver Workday integrations and functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support Workday HCM modules based on business requirements.

Develop and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external applications.

Work on Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.

Configure business processes, security policies, reports, and calculated fields.

Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.

Handle integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and XML.

Troubleshoot integration failures and production issues.

Perform data migration, validation, testing, and reconciliation.

Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and IT teams to understand requirements.

Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Participate in system testing, UAT, release management, and production support.

Ensure Workday solutions follow security, compliance, and data privacy standards.

Mandatory Skills

Hands-on experience with Workday HCM.

Strong knowledge of Workday integrations.

Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio.

Knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Security.

Experience with Workday Reports and Calculated Fields.

Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs.

Experience in troubleshooting and production support.

Good understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle.

Good to Have

Experience with Workday Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, or Absence Management.

Knowledge of Workday Extend.

Experience integrating Workday with SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, AD/Entra ID, or third-party applications.

Workday certification is an added advantage.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, HR, or a related field.
