US IT Recruiter

Location: Mysuru

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST

Experience: 1–3 years

Minimum Requirement: 6 months of exclusive US IT Recruitment experience

Job Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
• Work with different sourcing channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Understand US IT recruitment processes and US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and closures.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records in the ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 6 months of exclusive US IT Recruitment experience.
• Good understanding of US IT recruitment and tax terms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and ATS.
