About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager – D&T (People Systems) to lead global project delivery for HR technology platforms including Avature, OpenText EDM, UKG Kronos, and other ERP systems. Based in Hyderabad, this role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, managing integrations, and partnering with senior stakeholders, vendors, and product teams to deliver scalable, technology-led People solutions. This is a leadership role with accountability for delivery excellence, financial governance, and innovation initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage People Systems platforms across global regions
• Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation through stabilization
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor to deliver scalable solutions
• Drive system integrations and data flow ownership across platforms
• Manage global projects, including scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines
• Oversee project estimation, budgeting, resource planning, and financial tracking
• Manage vendors, SaaS providers, contracts, and service performance
• Collaborate with product vendors on roadmaps, releases, and upgrades
• Identify and implement AI-enabled use cases within People Systems
• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and drive delivery excellence
  
  

What You Will Need

• 12+ years of IT/Digital experience, with strong exposure to People Systems or HR technology
• Hands-on expertise in Avature and ERP-integrated HR platforms
• Proven track record of delivering global, multi-region programs
• Strong understanding of system integrations, SaaS delivery models, and vendor management
• Experience in budgeting, estimation, and resource planning
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
• Exposure to or experience in AI-driven use cases within HR technology (mandatory)
