Job Summary

Glint Tech Solutions is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in USA IT Staffing to source, screen, and manage candidates for technical positions on a W2 basis. This is a fully remote role requiring availability during USA business hours.

Must-Have Requirements

• 6 months to 3 years of Technical Recruiting experience
• Hands-on experience with USA IT Staffing
• Strong understanding and experience working on the W2 staffing model
• Good experience working with Tier-1 Vendors and/or Tier-1 Clients
• Experience sourcing candidates for technical positions
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
• Good understanding of Boolean Search and candidate sourcing techniques
• Experience screening resumes and conducting initial candidate qualification
• Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to work according to USA business hours/time zones
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT professionals for USA-based requirements
• Review job descriptions and understand technical requirements
• Search candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing channels
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and compensation
• Explain W2 opportunities and employment terms to candidates
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS
• Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and business development teams
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets
