Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer Freshers who are eager to start their career in software development. The ideal candidate should have a good foundation in programming, strong logical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and work on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain web applications under the guidance of senior developers.
• Work on both frontend and backend development as per project requirements.
• Build and integrate APIs and work with databases.
• Use AI tools and AI-assisted development practices to improve coding, debugging, and productivity.
• Understand technical requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team meetings.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Design, QA, Product, and other development teams.
• Follow coding standards, development practices, and project guidelines.
• Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI development tools.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and programming fundamentals.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts.
• Basic knowledge of React.js / Node.js or willingness to learn full-stack technologies.
• Basic understanding of MySQL or any relational database.
• Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Whiteboard coding / live coding skills are mandatory.
• Strong learning attitude and ability to adapt to new technologies.
