Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure timely delivery of product features, integrations, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and technology providers when required.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change requests while maintaining delivery quality.
• Drive process improvements to enhance execution efficiency across teams.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in FinTech, Crypto, SaaS, or Product-based companies.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Crypto, Web3, FinTech, or Trading platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and product release management.
• PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
