WORK FROM OFFICE / FIELD-BASED OPPORTUNITY

Precision Path Lab is looking for Business Development Managers to strengthen our Sales & Marketing team in Jaipur and Kota.

Candidates with prior experience in the Medical / Healthcare / Diagnostic / Pharmaceutical / Hospital industry

OR

Candidates with an MBA in Sales & Marketing who are interested in building their career in healthcare business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare partners
• Conduct regular client meetings and field visits
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
• Manage existing accounts and support client requirements
• Conduct local market and competitor analysis
• Work towards assigned sales and business development targets
• Maintain regular sales reports and activity updates

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and relationship-management abilities
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
• Knowledge of the Jaipur/Kota healthcare market will be an advantage
• Comfortable with field sales and regular client visits
