Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

We’re looking for a seasoned Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to build and lead a world-class hiring engine for Minfy.

Key Expectations

• Own end-to-end TA strategy and execution across India & global markets.
• Build predictable hiring pipelines for Cloud, AI, Data, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership roles.
• Improve hiring velocity, quality of hire, and offer-to-join conversion.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring governance.
• Build and lead a high-performing TA team with strong metrics and accountability.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• 12–18 years of TA leadership experience in IT/Technology Services.
• Proven track record of scaling organizations and hiring niche technology talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven approach.
