Analyse defects, rework, line losses, and torque escapes; perform RCA (5-Why, 8D) and implement countermeasures.
Drive Kaizen, poka-yoke, and standardization to improve right-first-time assembly.
Optimize cycle time, line balance, and ergonomics using method studies and workstation improvements.
Support PR, trials, ramp-up, and SOP stabilization by closing process and facility gaps.
Monitor and improve quality KPIs (DPV, fit/finish, noise risk, fastening quality).
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, UO, and Facility teams for implementation and sustainment.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety norms, and audit requirements.
Track CAMI actions, benefits, and sustainability; report progress to management.
Update and standardize SOPs, WIs, PFMEA, and Control Plans based on improvements.
