Educational Qualification

MS/ DNB Ophthalmology
Long-term Fellowship in Vitreoretina (mandatory)

Experience

8+ years post-fellowship preferred

Must-Have Skills

Independent medical and surgical retina practice
Vitrectomy and complex retinal surgery
Management of diabetic retinopathy, ROP, AMD, retinal detachments
Leadership of retina services and OT planning
Experience in teaching DNB / fellows
Research or publications

Ability to build and scale retina services
