Location: Wai, Dist. Satara, Maharashtra

Department: HPML / High Pressure Molding Line

We are looking for experienced candidates for the following positions:

1. MELTING SUPERVISOR

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities / Skills:

• Experience in foundry melting operations
• Hands-on knowledge of Induction Furnace, Charge Preparation & Melting Process
• Knowledge of production, quality and safety standards
• Ability to manage manpower and supervise melting operations
• CI / SGI Foundry experience preferred
  

2. MOLDING SUPERVISOR

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities / Skills:

• Experience in foundry molding operations
• Experience with DISA / HPML High Pressure Molding Line preferred
• Knowledge of molding process, pattern setup and core setting
• Hands-on experience with DISA molding machines and Sand Plants
• Knowledge of electric furnaces and foundry maintenance
• Knowledge of production, quality and safety standards
• Ability to manage manpower and supervise molding operations
• CI / SGI Foundry experience preferred
