Required Qualifications

B. Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum of 12 years’ Experience in Handling Contracts pertaining to Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling contract administration, preparation and evaluation of claims, financial analysis related to contractual matters, variation orders, and coordination with project teams for effective contract management in railway, metro and other infrastructure projects.
• Review and administer project contracts in accordance with contractual conditions and project requirements.
• Preparation, analysis, and management of contractual claims, financial claims, extension of time (EOT) claims, and variation claims.
• Evaluate contractor and client claims with proper contractual justification and supporting documentation.
• Maintain records related to correspondence, change orders, disputes, variations, and contractual notices.
