Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and security operations across assigned sites.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely execution of property-related tasks.
Monitor property expenses, track budgets, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and submit regular reports on property status, issues, and resolutions.

Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in property or facility management.
Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of compliance requirements related to property operations.
