Job Responsibilities :

• Develop program branding, marketing materials and digital strategy in close collaboration with the RF Communications team for the Reliance Foundation Scholarships
• Manage applicant outreach and engagement events during open application periods, including the delivery of webinars, workshops, and other events
• Create a database of highly ranked institutes in India that offer programmes relevant to the Scholarship
• Building relations and a long-term partnership with these institutes
• Manage student communications process during all stages of the programme including verification, evaluation and interview processes
• Coordinate updates on the Scholarships website, marketing materials, Q&A Chatbot, and Scholarship documentation yearly as needed
• Manage scholar and alumni engagement initiatives such as expert interactions, soft-skills trainings, networking events, volunteering, internship opportunities etc.
• Identifying experts to conduct interactions & trainings for the RF Scholars
• Liaising with HR teams within Reliance for internship opportunities
• Organising Networking events
• Develop and manage the Scholarship Alumni & Engagement portal
• Lead scholarship ambassadors# strategy and engagement
• Magnify the achievements and stories of RF scholars and amplify the reach of the Scholarships Programme through social media, feature articles in education publications, etc.
• Support the Scholarships team with end-to-end application and selection process as needed
  
  
  

Education Requirement :

• Necessary: Post Graduate in education / social work / social science / or any relevant field
• Desired: Qualification in Education/Program management
  
  
  

Experience Requirement :

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with marketing and communications of large-scale projects.
• S/he should have experience working with scholarships programmes.
• Domain knowledge in any fields of Science & Technology
