Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in training coordination, content development, and training delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for employee development.

Responsibilities

Training Coordination:

• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant communication.
• Manage training calendars, ensuring timely delivery of programs and tracking attendance.
  
  

Content Development

• Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia content.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
• Create interactive learning experiences tailored to various learning styles.
  
  

Training Delivery

• Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Utilize a variety of training methods, including workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously seek feedback for improvement.
  
  

Learning And Development Strategy

• Contribute to the development of the overall learning and development strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Recommend enhancements to existing programs and propose new initiatives.
  
  

Collaboration And Communication

• Work closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather relevant content.
• Communicate training objectives, expectations, and outcomes to participants and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 5 - 10 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education/Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training coordination, content development, and delivering training sessions.
• Basic knowledge of Learning and Development (L&D) operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using various training tools and technologies.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Certification in training and development is a plus.
