RCM-Front End
- 8–12 years of experience in retail collections, with at least 3–5 years in a regional leadership role.
- Experience managing secured and/or unsecured retail loan portfolios.
- Proven track record of achieving collection targets and leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Expertise in retail collections and delinquency management.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in collection systems, MIS reporting, and Microsoft Excel/Power BI.
