BOM Engineer

Create and maintain Engineering BOM (EBOM) and Manufacturing BOM (MBOM). Analyze product structures and ensure correct part hierarchy. Validate part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and attributes. Manage BOM changes due to engineering modifications. Process Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN). Perform BOM comparison and gap analysis between different vehicle versions. Maintain part lifecycle information (new, modified, obsolete, replaced parts). Support spare parts/service BOM creation. Ensure BOM accuracy before vehicle production milestones. Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supplier, and After Sales teams. Perform data quality checks in PLM systems.
