Lead Web & Digital Analyst

We're looking for a Lead Web & Digital Analyst to take on the role of Digital Analytics SME / Technical Analytics Lead, overseeing web and mobile analytics operations across enterprise platforms. This position centers on advanced analytics implementation, data engineering, AI-driven automation, and stakeholder reporting to enable data-driven decisions throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer and implement GA4 at the enterprise level, covering event design, reporting, attribution, and audience creation
• Manage and configure Google Tag Manager (Web & Server-Side) with Consent Mode v2 and privacy-first measurement approaches
• Set up cross-domain and cross-platform tracking, along with UTM governance for marketing campaigns
• Build mobile analytics instrumentation using Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, covering app release validation and analytics QA
• Architect data layer design and construct web and mobile analytics tagging using JavaScript
• Develop and refine data pipelines and BigQuery solutions on Google Cloud Platform
• Build executive dashboards and self-service analytics tools using Power BI and Looker Studio
• Create KPI frameworks and turn data into clear narratives for stakeholders
• Use Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate analytics processes and develop AI agents for self-service insights
• Contribute to digital marketing measurement efforts, including SEO, paid media, attribution modeling, and conversion rate optimization
• Oversee Jira workflows and Confluence documentation within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Maintain compliance with GDPR/LGPD standards while supporting consent management, data governance, and audit activities
  
  

Requirements

• 9-14 years of combined experience in digital and web analytics positions
• Strong command of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Firebase Analytics for implementing web and mobile tracking
• Advanced skills in Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and SQL for data engineering and warehousing tasks
• Capability in Power BI and Looker Studio for building visualizations and executive-level reports
• Understanding of Anthropic Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot Studio for automating analytics through AI
• Exposure to prompt engineering, AI-assisted SQL generation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts applied to analytics
• Experience with Android and iOS SDK implementation, deep linking, and designing mobile event taxonomies
• Solid grasp of attribution modeling, customer journey analytics, and A/B testing approaches
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum delivery methods
• Credentials in GDPR/LGPD compliance and consent management platforms, with OneTrust experience preferred

• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Tealium or similar tag management systems
• Exposure to AppTweak and Adjust MMP or comparable mobile measurement platforms
• Ability to use Python for automating analytics tasks and Power Automate
• Understanding of Git/GitHub for version control
• Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely and VWO
