We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting them into sales. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy talking to customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Eligibility

Age: 21 – 30 years
Educational Qualification: SSC (10th pass) from a recognized board
Skills: Strong communication skills
Skills: Proficiency in Hindi/Marathi preferred
Skills: Knowledge of English or other regional languages will be an added advantage

Requirements

Reach out to potential customers via calls to understand their financial needs and present suitable loan options based on their requirements.
Communicate clearly and build genuine interest in our loan products and other services, converting cold leads into warm prospects.
Identify customer financial goals to recommend the most relevant solutions.
Establish trust and a good relationship with prospective customers to encourage them to choose our services over competitors.
