Job Description

• Supporting Janitorial Business Pan India
• Achieving the Annual Budgetary Target for the Vertical in co-ordination with the Branches
• Being a Catalyst and working on Major Customer and helping the Branch in their Numbers
• Supporting Market Mapping, Pan India in Sync with the Branches
• Supporting the deployment of Annual Target to the Dealers and monitoring the Market share
• Appointing Strategical Dealers Pan India working along with the Branch Heads to Drive the Target Attainment and Consistency
• To analyse dealer stock by monitoring the Sell in, Sell Through, and Sell out from the Channel
• Manage Channel Conflicts and maintain Harmony in the channel
• Maintaining MOP and Giving Critical Market Intelligence Data
• Stock indent to the Factory and engage in Auto Replenishment
• Have a control on the NMS and Deriving Strategy to Sell it in the Channel with Stipulated Time Frame
• Having Ownership of the number for the Vertical and the Branches
