Job Title: Site HSE Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site HSE Manager to join our team. As the Site HSE Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all health, safety, and environmental initiatives at our site. You will work closely with management to ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies, as well as implement best practices to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
• Provide training and support to employees on health and safety practices
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain records and reports on health, safety, and environmental performance
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external partners to ensure compliance with all requirements
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Certified Health and Safety Professional (CHSP) designation preferred
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
