Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.

Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast talent needs and create hiring plans.

Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.

Lead workforce planning initiatives across manufacturing plants and corporate offices.

• Recruitment & Selection

Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technical, engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and support function roles.

Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions while maintaining hiring quality standards.

Establish robust candidate evaluation frameworks and competency-based hiring practices.

• Leadership & Critical Talent Hiring

Lead executive and senior leadership hiring initiatives.

Develop succession-oriented talent pipelines for key business-critical roles.

Partner with external executive search firms when required.

• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Strengthen the organization’s employer value proposition (EVP).

Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Manage talent branding initiatives across professional networks, universities, and industry platforms.

Represent the company in recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding forums.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 team members.

Requirements And Preferred Skills

Master’s degree in HR / MSW / MBA (HR) from a reputed institution.

10 years of HR experience with at least 8 years in Talent Acquisition.

Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership presence.

Proven experience in managing complex ER/IR environments and statutory compliance.

Experience Working In Matrix/global Environments Preferred.
