SENIOR ARCHITECT - MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

We have an open requirement for a Presales Solution Architect ? Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Commerce & Power Platform.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10?15+ years of overall experience, Microsoft Business Applications solution architecture and presales, with expertise across:

• Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (ERP)
• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)
• Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
• Dynamics 365 Commerce
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Azure Integration & Data Platforms

Key expectations from the role:

• Lead customer discovery workshops and business process assessments
• Design end-to-end ERP, CRM, Commerce, and Power Platform solution architectures
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-fit Microsoft solutions
• Drive presales activities including demos, solutioning, estimations, proposals, and RFP responses
• Architect omnichannel Commerce solutions integrating ERP, CRM, BC, eCommerce, POS, and third-party platforms
• Present solutions to customer stakeholders and support pursuit teams during proposals and strategic engagements

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong customer-facing consulting and presales experience
• Experience preparing solution proposals, estimates, and executive presentations
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform preferred
• Industry experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Goods, or Services will be an advantage
