International Voice Associate

Job Description

Digitel Media is hiring International Associates to support US-based clients through inbound and outbound calls. This role involves lead generation, client communication, relationship building, and achieving performance targets.

We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls with US-based clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.
• Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Build rapport and maintain positive client interactions.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Maintain the required quality standards for client interactions.
• Follow company procedures and communication guidelines.
  
  

Requirements

• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable communicating with US-based clients.
• Willingness to work a night shift from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Comfortable working from the office in Ahmedabad.
• Customer service, telecalling, or international voice process experience is an advantage.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
