Job Brief:- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Sales team at AU Small Finance Bank Limited as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products. This role demands a deep understanding of gold loan financing, customer relationship management, and sales strategies within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving gold loan portfolio growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing customer creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, managing risk, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the bank's market presence and profitability.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective gold loan customers to achieve portfolio growth targets.
• Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of gold loan applicants in compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Promote and cross-sell gold loan products and related financial services to maximize revenue generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams including credit, legal, and operations to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
• Monitor and manage the quality of the gold loan portfolio by identifying and mitigating potential risks and defaults.
• Provide expert guidance and support to customers regarding gold loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry developments, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting gold loan products.
• Train and mentor junior sales officers to enhance team capabilities and ensure consistent service delivery standards.
