Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Sales Department as a Relationship Officer specializing in used tractor financing. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth in the agricultural financing segment by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers seeking financing solutions for used tractors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of rural markets, agricultural equipment financing, and the ability to assess creditworthiness while ensuring compliance with the bank's policies. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, provide tailored financial advice, and contribute to the bank's mission of financial inclusion and customer-centric service delivery.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the agricultural sector, focusing on used tractor financing.
• Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of loan applicants to ensure adherence to the bank’s credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with farmers, tractor dealers, and rural communities to expand the bank’s used tractor loan portfolio.
• Provide expert guidance and customized financial solutions to customers based on their specific needs and repayment capacity.
• Coordinate with internal teams including credit, legal, and operations to facilitate smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
• Monitor loan repayments and proactively manage delinquent accounts to minimize non-performing assets.
• Organize and participate in community outreach programs and financial literacy initiatives to promote the bank’s products and services.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal audit standards related to agricultural financing.
