Insurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Team Building: Recruit, train and motivate insurance advisors / agents
• Sales Target: Achieve branch monthly premium targets for Health & Life insurance
• Customer Management: Handle high-value customer calls, explain policies, and close sales
• Training: Conduct daily huddles, product training, and field joint calls with advisors
• Compliance: Ensure all policies are sold as per IRDAI guidelines
• Reporting: Maintain daily sales report and send to Regional Manager
  
  

Skills Required

• Good communication in Bengali, Hindi, English
• Leadership and field sales experience
• Basic smartphone and app knowledge
• 1-3 years experience in insurance / banking / sales preferred (Fresher with good networking can also apply)
  
  

Qualification: Minimum HS pass / Graduate

Income: Fixed salary + Incentive + PF + Career growth to Senior Manager
